So much Cosmos knowledge from the Universal Love Realms came through for the people to hear and take in.

I noticed throughout the transmissions, most of what was most emphasized was to be relaxed when connecting to the Universal Love fields and not to be in a rushed state. This is a point that I strive to be more of everyday.

All the messages were right on time! For the desire in me is strong at times of wanting to connect to the Universal Love Realms, so I am learning to be more patient with myself.

I find that when I relax  more the flows come in better and the shifts are more gentler and I am not so tensed.

What Caeayaron had mentioned from the last Angel Webinar about the breathing techniques has really been a help to me in relaxing the solar plexus, to help me relax more and feel more calmer and protected.
